Tony Coote AM, MBA
Owner & Founder
Tony began purchasing the lands that make up Mulloon Creek Natural Farms in 1968, with his sister. He founded The Mulloon Institute with his wife Toni in 2015 to help demonstrate and share innovative approaches to regenerative land management in Australia. Tony served for many years as Executive Chairman of Angus & Coote (Holdings) Ltd and was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 1988, for services to industry and the community.
Michael’s background is in managed grazing systems that incorporate cropping and livestock, as well as 10 years spent working as a shearer and woolclasser. He is interested in how the land can be improved using regenerative agricultural techniques instead of relying on chemical and artificial inputs. He is also passionate about engaging people and showing them how they can be involved in and benefit from agriculture.

Sales & Marketing Manager
Having cut his teeth helping grow an outdoor sports retail franchise in NZ, Tony has enjoyed an extensive and varied background in business development and advertising sales in Australia – from newspapers, magazines, direct and OOH media, cinema and digital. Tony also owned a successful local food business – Food Lovers Market – in Bungendore before joining Mulloon Creek Natural Farms.

Communications & Marketing
Kelly is a communications and media professional who has worked extensively in natural resource management, most recently in Western Australia’s Wheatbelt. With over 15 years experience, Kelly specialises in graphic design, social media, photography and written communications. She is interested in regenerative agriculture, biological farming, soil health and permaculture.

Venue & Events
Donna has lived on Mulloon Creek Natural Farms since 2006 and has been involved in the The Mulloon Institute from its beginning. Her present role is to oversee the education, tour and event programmes facilitated for The Mulloon Institute on Mulloon Creek Natural Farms. She comes from a diverse and practical background in hospitality management, health education and life coaching.

Scott is our Resident Ecological Farmer involved in rehydration work with The Mulloon Institute
Workplace Health & Safety & Training
Tessa trains our Maremma dogs and our egg collectors, and ensures everyone is safe in her role as WHS officer. She also takes egg orders, collects eggs and does general farm work.
Senior Farm Hand
Brock assists our Poultry Farm Manager and undertakes paddock preparation and general farm maintenance.
