Organics and Biodynamics have come a long way over the last few years.
To ensure people aren’t labeling any old product organic, there are associations that keep an eye on standards. These associations also keep everyone informed and most importantly they have a certification process. That means, when you buy something with a recognized accreditation logo, you know you are getting a product that is compliant with all the regulations.
